Preyesh K. Maniklal
Preyesh is a principal of Maniklal & Dennis, LLP, a trial firm dedicated to the representation of victims of negligence and their families. Preyesh has extensive experience with trucking accidents, having handled them for over 18 years.  He also handles auto accidents, premises liability, negligent security, and virtually all types of cases involving injury or business torts. In addition to representing injured victims, Preyesh has spoken at Continuing Legal Education (CLE) Seminars required of all Georgia attorneys.  He is the past chair and vice chair of the State Bar of Georgia’s Disciplinary Board Investigative Panel is still serves as a panel member.

Sam Dennis

Sam Dennis is a principal in the firm of Maniklal and Dennis, LLP.  Sam began his law career in 1995 focusing on Personal Injury, Criminal Defense, and Domestic cases.  After years of trial experience, Sam decided to focus his practice on Personal Injury, Wrongful Death, Tractor Trailer Crashes, and Criminal Defense cases.

Sam Dennis is well known for his courtroom and trial advocacy skills.  He is a regular lecturer and teacher to other lawyers on trial and courtroom techniques.  Sam has taught lawyers in many other states and foreign countries. 

Sam has helped hundreds of clients and their families receive the compensation they deserve after being injured due to someone else’s negligence.  Sam is a member of the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association, member and Vice president of the Georgia Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, as well as Parliamentarian of the Georgia Association of Criminal Defense lawyers.
